Business Development Manager – Sales Region United Kingdom

Your Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and providing expert advice on cutting-edge clamping technology? Then this is the perfect role for you!
In this position, your tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing field sales strategies and detailed action plans.
  • Executing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results to identify growth opportunities.
  • Actively consulting and supporting customers with tailored solutions.
  • Understanding customer needs and, in close cooperation with our engineering team, developing customized clamping solutions.
  • Increasing sales and market share within your sales region.
  • Acquiring new customers to continuously expand the customer base.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and customer open house events.

Your Profile:

  • A technical background as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer in mechanical engineering, tool technology, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Passion for advanced technology and eagerness to continuously learn about new innovations.
  • Solid sales experience, ideally in field sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills, determination, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within your designated sales region in the United Kingdom.
  • Enthusiasm for participating in trade fairs and industry events.
