Who can register in the shop
- All HAINBUCH business customers with a delivery adress in Germany, Austria and Sweden.
- All HAINBUCH dealers worldwide.
Why can´t I log in after registering?
- Because you must first confirm your e-mail address after registering. Please click on the link in the confirmation e-mail.
- It can take up to 2 days for your account to be activated. As soon as your account has been activated, you will receive an account activation e-mail.
Order
How do I find out whether my order has been processed in the shop?
You can see all your orders in the order overview: https://shop.hainbuch.com/orders/
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot currently cancel orders directly in the store.

How do I find a product?
Enter the HAINBUCH article number, name or drawing number in the search bar on the start page or in the search bar at the top right of the product page.
Can I collect my order myself?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
Where do I select my delivery address?
You can select the delivery address in the shopping cart at the top right under “Recipient”.
Can I change delivery addresses or create new ones?
This is not possible. You can only access the addresses that are stored in our system.

Shipping & Returns
How quickly will the item be delivered?
You can see the dispatch date in your order. The delivery time is then added to the dispatch time. This varies depending on the shipping provider.

How I can return my item?
Please fill out our »Return of goods« and enclose it with the return.
How much does the return cost?
The cost of returning a product is 5% of the purchase price. However, there is a minimum charge of €10 for restocking.

Where can I find shipment tracking?
If the function is available, you will find the consignment number under the “Orders” tab, in the order under “Tracking”.
Is it possible to specify a preferred delivery date?
If you do not need the goods on the fastest possible dispatch date, but at a later date, you can specify a preferred dispatch date in the shopping cart.

Where can I change my password?
You can change your password under »My account« [display name] in the »Profile« tab.
To do this, enter your current password and your new password.
How can I change my e-mail address and display name?
You can change your e-mail address and your display name under »My account« in the »Profile« tab.
Can i delete my account?
Yes, under »My account« in the »Delete account« tab.
