Even good things can be improved! This is the case with our successful SPANNTOP system, which we have consistently reworked, and which is now being replaced by a brand new generation of chucks: SPANNTOP nova. This development represents more than 20 years of SPANNTOP experience. And this experience utilizes all the advantages of the latest machine tools.

The components are not only optimized for balance quality and having an extended guide length, the clamping length of the work pieces is also significantly greater. This chuck is designed for maximum RPM and holding power at an ideal concentricity, and it is even more rigid, more precise and has a longer service life than its predecessor.

And naturally your existing clamping heads also fit into the SPANNTOP nova chuck.

The HAINBUCH modular system has been extended:

• SPANNTOP nova gives you even more capabilities and the HAINBUCH modular system has also been expanded considerably. For an overview, click the link »What your chuck can do« on the right.
• In the future you can also work with MANDO Adapt [the mandrel-in-the-chuck] on the SPANNTOP nova chucks.
• Simple inhouse-machined end-stops [without pull-back effect] or guide rings can be easily fastened with the modular chuck.
• Chuck balancing in two planes? No problem with SPANNTOP nova modular – even directly on your machine with your work piece.

SPANNTOP nova modular - the powerful system with power folw in one direction. In contrast, the chuck is pressed away from the spindle nose with the use of collet chucks. In the SPANNTOP pull-back principle, the clamping bushing of the collet chuck version is also eliminated.

We provide standard chucks to fit your machine. For extreme metal removal, clamping heads with special »biting« serrations are available.
