The system consists of an elastic clamping element, the clamping head, and a strong piece of tubing, the basic body. Both parts are coupled together and resemble the outside contour of a conventional collet. Adapting it into the spindle is easy.
The basic body is mounted or dismounted with the aid of a mounting tool. A changing fixture inserted into the matching holes on the face moving the clamping head segments in far enough so that it can be uncoupled without any problems.
The BZ system:
The »original« coupling
Can be utilized wherever there are no restrictions on space or wall thickness
The ZW system:
Coupling design for multi-spindle machines
Provides a larger material passthrough within the same outer dimensions
