In the future, users will have even more possibilities with HAINBUCH. In addition to the round SPANNTOP variant, the stationary and rotating clamping device will also be available in the hexagon TOPlus version. With all the product advantages and proven adaptation possibilities: MANDO Adapt, mandrel-in-the-chuck, or mandrel-in-the-stationary chuck for fast change over from O.D. clamping to I.D. clamping, and the jaw adapter for clamping in front of the chuck.
One system, two basic variants
The familiar SPANNTOP version with round clamping geometry in the chuck body and clamping head offers significantly greater holding power than it is offered by traditional 3-jaw chucks, due to the pull-back effect and circumferential clamping. On the other hand, the hexagon TOPlus version offers an additional 25% increase in holding power – due to full-surface contact of the clamping element in the clamping device body. For the user, this turns into higher metal removal rates, lower costs per unit, and higher output; in the final analysis it also means more profit. Moreover this variant, due to its impermeability to external contamination, requires less maintenance and thus it offers greater process reliability.
