The details
Universal base end-stop
Full passage or top face run? Both! With the universal end-stop, featuring easy positioning via one groove, you don’t have to decide. Also, you will never again search for mounting screws in the chip area: the screws are already integrated in the chuck. This means that the base end-stop can be changed more quickly.
Standardized chuck body
Any combination is possible: The easy-to-change SPANNTOP adapter MANDO Adapt can be used both with the modular SPANNTOP chuck and the combi pull-back variant and the jaw adapter can be used with the combi pull-back chuck. This is made possible by a standardized chuck body.
Extended clamping length
Due to the increased distance between the front face of the chuck and the end-stop, longer work pieces can be clamped more rigidly. The longer clamping length also reduces the protruding length. Optimum conditions for even better clamping.
Extended guides Slip-stick effect? Not with HAINBUCH! The extended guide length prevents »wobbling« and ensures that the component moves smoothly for maximum precision.
Balancing in two planes
The threaded holes in the spindle flange serve as a fixture for the balance weights. This makes it possible to rebalance in the 2nd plane – without removing the chuck. Or on the front face of the chuck as usual.
The highlights
- full throughbore and top face run in one chuck
- position-oriented base end-stop, can be changed from outside due to radial clamping
- make end-stops without drilling or milling
- significantly longer clamping length
- modular chuck with connecting threads can be used with MANDO Adapt for guide sleeves or base end-stops without pull-back effect
- balancing of the chuck on the machine in two planes – without disassembling
- longer guide of connecting sleeve for deadlength chuck
- corrosion protection due to coated chuck body
