Extremely well-built – an amazing bundle of energy: MANDO hs dock
The MANDO clamping unit has a new family member: The hs dock is a powerful tool that enables the fast and easy connection of the five MANDO segment mandrels, which were previously used on lathes, to stationary systems and machines, also hydraulically. It includes all end stops and segment clamping bushings. When it comes to automation, the hs dock is unrivalled: The part to be machined is fed by the robot and clamped into place (valve-controlled). The power can be supplied either from the side or through a base plate from below. The extremely compact design of the hs dock – with a maximum diameter of 139 mm – makes 5-sided machining possible. Not to mention the additional spring tension in the event of loss of pressure.
