This brilliantly simple patented CENTREX solution with precision ball-bearings in a rubber ring, which is already in use in various standard products from HAINBACH, is now available as conical positioning elements integrated into a pallet system. The pallets can therefore be fitted to each other with absolutely exact repeatability, and the conical positioning elements prevent tilting. The CENTREX complete package contains four bushings and positioning cones mounted in the universally applicable CENTREX carrier plate. This is made from cast mineral, and is therefore significantly better than a steel plate. The pallet is highly scratch resistant despite its light weight and if damage occurs, there is no bulging, and temperature variations have no ill effects. Further advantages: very good vibration dampening. Thanks to the simple construction, there is now a pallet system, which cannot be beaten for price or properties.
