HYDROK, the stationary solution with user-friendly set-up

With the HYDROK HAINBUCH is now extending the clever modular system in the stationary segment as well. The hydraulically-actuated stationary chuck is now available in hexagon and round variants. Both versions offer significantly higher holding power than compared to conventional 3-jaw chucks, through what is referred to as the pull-back effect in HAINBUCH terms plus circumferential clamping. And with the hexagon version the holding power has been increased by another 25 % higher to the round version. This performance is ensured by the full-surface contact in the clamping device body. A well-engineered design, which in addition is responsible for significantly improved runtimes, a high level of process reliability, and low maintenance intervals.

What both variants have in common are that they offer a quick change over within just a few minutes with the HAINBUCH adaptations: From O.D. clamping to I.D. clamping – with the MANDO Adapt mandrel-in-the-stationary chuck – or from O.D. clamping to clamping via the stationary chuck – with the jaw adapter. In this regard the clamping Ø is extremely enlarged [to Ø 120 mm] and it is possible to machine between the jaws. To ensure more rational production the multiple clamping pallets with four HYDROK units per pallet are optionally available. Thus a clever solution, offering user-friendly set-up that significantly reduces set-up costs and that quickly pays for itself thanks to attractive purchase prices.
