Stationary clamping sealed against fouling:
The new manual MANOK plus SE stationary chuck

MARBACH. HAINBUCH now extends its modular system in the stationary range. With the manual MANOK plus SE stationary chuck a product is introduced that combines the advantages of the MANOK plus with the advantages offered by the hexagonal TOPlus chuck. All TOPlus chuck adaptations fit in the new SE variant. Full-surface contact of the clamping head on the six conical steel plate surfaces of the TOPlus chuck makes a firm seal. There is no chance here for falling milling or drilling chips.

Practical and variable
The MANOK plus SE has an integrated forced release that enables higher release force. Thus the HAINBUCH system adaptions such as the MANDO SE Adapt SE mandrel-in-the-chuck or the SE jaw adapter can be fully utilized. In just two minutes the user changes over from O.D to I.D. clamping, with the mandrel, or doubles the clamping range with the SE jaw adapter. In addition the holding power, vibration dampening, and wear strength of the TOPlus system, mean there is nothing standing in the way of sophisticated stationary machining, with this practical, variable clamping device.
