Up to now, users were always spoiled for choice: clamping either cubic or round parts securely. The new multiclamp talent from HAINBUCH can now do both: parallel clamping of cubic parts and centric clamping of round work pieces - regardless of the rough dimensions and tolerances. Because ZENTROK, the new centric clamping vise, clamps also circumferentially. For clamping round parts, ZENTROK can in fact be fitted with a standard clamping head, but at the same time it again allows a change to cubic parts.

For this, the clamping head is simply removed, the opening is covered, and the parallel clamping jaws are screwed onto the slots provided for this purpose. There is also a choice whether the part to be machined should be clamped at parallel centers or onto a fixed set of jaws. The large through-bore capacity allows even long components or bars to be handled. Due to its large surface area ZENTROK can even be used as a zero point position chuck and pallets can be loaded outside of the machine, thus saving time.

• standard SPANNTOP clamping heads and standard MANDO Adapt mandrels can be used
• clamping range 0-350 mm
• with through-bore capacity for long components and bars
• mechanism for setting the midpoint of the centered clamping function.
  This allows to match up several ZENTROK.
