An additional production plant, PTT Precision Tools Thailand is founded in Rayong Thailand. PTT, Precision Tools Thailand, is a wholly-owned HAINBUCH subsidiary that will not only ensure greater proximity to customers but also more active, faster sales in the Asian region for the future.

Mr. Richard Drautz, State Secretary in the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics and Labor, took time to visit and found in HAINBUCH CEO, Gerhard Rall, a charismatic, visionary entrepreneur who is a stalwart advocate of Germany as a business location.

On 10/14/2008 HAINBUCH was presented on the German television program, ARD Morgenmagazin. The clamping device manufacturer, HAINBUCH, was interviewed in conjunction with the machine tool summit meeting in Berlin and the financial crises. In the two-minute segment CEO Gerhard Rall stated his position on the current prospects for the machine tool industry. In addition HAINBUCH offered a look at its production, an overview of the product line, as well as a prognosis for the future.   

Approximately 100 meters from its headquarters HAINBUCH purchased a new building and thus extended its production and office facilities by 4,000 sq. meters at a single stroke.
